Birthday celebrations have always been a favorite of mine to photograph! It's just fun and colorful and a lot of joy to be had. When I photograph a child that I've been photographing since their 2nd day on the planet though... oh man, I get a little misty eyed myself! This marking of time is always a step back for me also... 6 years, it's been 6 years!? So, I can't imagine how her parents feel! Happiest of Happy Birthdays to you, Sasha!
